Prepare Annual
Work Plans and budgets for the programme activities
in the district, and submit to District Reconstruction
Advisory Committee (DRAC) for approval in line
with the specified schedules and deadlines; |

Submit annual plans, approved
by DRAC, to the Provincial Earthquake Reconstruction
& Rehabilitation Agency (PERRA); Prepare working
papers for DRAC/PERRA meetings and record minutes; |
|
Contribute to the PERRA's
preparation of working papers for the Provincial
Steering Committee; |
|
Prepare quarterly work plans,
on the basis of approved annual plans, in consultation
with implementing agencies and get the same approved
in quarterly DRAC meetings; |
|
Implementation of approved
plans in an efficient and coordinated manner with
due regard to timeliness, efficiency, transparency
and equity; |
|
Assume a leadership role
in implementation of programme activities while
maintaining a good working relationship with all
relevant implementing agencies; |
|
Hold review meetings with
the implementing agencies to review progress and
take appropriate corrective actions wherever needed; |
|
Establish a proper financial
management and accounting system for the funds
received for programme implementation. |
|
Ensure that all procurements
and contracts are prepared and executed in accordance
with the rules and procedures notified by ERRA
and PERRA; |
|
Establish an efficient monitoring
and evaluation system and generate quarterly and
annual progress reports on specified formats for
the information of DRAC, PERRA, Provincial Steering
Committee and ERRA; |
|
Maintain a close liaison
with NGOs and civil society organizations involved
in reconstruction and rehabilitation activities
in the district. |
